Essential Oils

A mother’s skin has special needs and our oils are specially blended with that in mind. We use the highest quality, organic essential lavender oil. We use 90% Jojoba oil and 10% essential lavender oil.* Jojoba Oil is an all natural vegetable oil derived from the jojoba bean. These oils are remarkably similar to the natural sebum secreted by our own skin, and serve as an excellent moisturizer that is suitable for both daily and occasional use.

Our essential Lavender oil is a very calming oil that has been known to help release stress. The scent alone has a calming effect which may aid in relaxation and the reduction of anxiety. This oil can be used for massages, added to a warm bath to help relaxation and soothe the skin, or you may even add a few drops on your pillow to calm you and improve the quality of your sleep.

*Please be aware that the use of full-strength, uncut essential oil can be harmful to the skin and could potentially cause harm to both mother and her unborn, this is why we combine 10% essential oil to 90% Jojoba oil, so it is safe for both you and your child.
